This consult is for educational purposes and in no way substitutes medical advice from a licensed physician. Consults are done remotely over a discreet, secure and HIPAA compliant system. You will receive instruction following booking on how to access your virtual appointment. These consults are to review your medical history and current illnesses to see if you qualify for medical marijuana in your legally approved state. I am located in Louisiana but I do accept consult appointments from other states. I assist with connecting you to approved doctors for you to follow up with who has the authority to recommend/prescribe cannabis to you and from there refer you to a dispensary. My consults also involve an educational session on use, benefits as well as answering questions that may be of concern to you regarding the industry. My goal is to be an advocate on your behalf to ensure you get the medicine you need and may qualify for. You will receive a copy of your assessment to bring to your locally approved doctor as well as to keep for your records. I have over 10 years experience as a Registered Nurse. Im currently a Holistic Health Practitioner, Herbalist and in school to studying to become a Naturopathic Doctor. I approach all of my consults from a holistic viewpoint so so that you receive total patient care for all aspects of yourself. Cancellation Policy

If you do not cancel your appointment, you will not be allowed to schedule again. If you reschedule more than 3 times, you will no longer be allowed to schedule.
