Live sessions once a week for group questions and discussion and review work from the week prior. 

Pre-requisite course for my Holistic Cannabis Consultant class.  This course will discuss the three aspects of holistic health-mind, body, spirit. This course is tailored to the knowledge and tools you will need for the Holistic Cannabis Consultant course but also filled with information that is great for those interested in learning more about Holistic Health. Course only offered 4 times a year.
